Shipping policy

Based in Auckland and all products stocked locally, Hedgehog Journals pride ourselves on bringing products to our customers quickly. We provide tracked shipping to all of New Zealand and Australia. 

All NZ urban shipping will be delivered in 1-4 business days and rural shipping will be delivered in 2-6 business days. 

Free shipping on orders NZ$65 or above NZ nationwide. 

NZ shipping rates:

Free shipping on orders over NZD70 within New Zealand.

For orders under NZD70, the rates are as below:

- New Zealand Urban Standard Tracked $6.00

- New Zealand Rural Standard Tracked $9.90

(Free shipping will be fulfilled with standard tracked shipping.)

AU shipping rates:

- Australia Standard Tracked NZD15.00, 3-14 working days.

US shipping rates:

- US Standard Tracked NZD28.00, 3-15 working days.

Processing time: 1 business day.

All orders will be despatched within 1 business day, if not the same day.
